Luis's political art is a vehicle for public understanding of social change. Probing his
native Venezuelan society and culture, his imagery is derived from pictures of
slums, political graffiti, native people, and government propaganda. A new installation 
will be on view showcasing this young artist's talent featuring video, multimedia painting, 
and found objects.
